This is a great telecaster for playing lots of different styles on and I find that it sounds great without any upgrades. The action is nice but if you have someone professionally set it up for you then it will probably play much better. I keep this one tuned to Open G as it sounds great for that. I’m using D’Addario NYXL 10-46 strings.
