Previously, I put out a video about the Squier Classic Vibe Telecaster using Open G Tuning and playing mostly slide guitar. In this video I want to show you what this very inexpensive guitar sounds like playing standard blues guitar. It really is in my opinion the best sounding and playing guitar in this price range. It is not a perfect guitar, but at this price you can get all the tele sounds that you need. A regular tele made in america will set you back around $1000. I got this one for $299 and to me it sounds unbelievable with no mods.

Speaking of which, I have got myself the Squier Deluxe Strat with Duncan-designed Hot Rails pickups, which comes at a similar price and so far hasn’t failed to inspire me :-)
The Hot Rails have an awesome sound, and there’s three of them, so you have more possibilities. But I must admit that I was (and still am!) also very tempted by the Telecaster… ;-)
